Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at our client, you will play a key role in expanding our network and engagement with schools. You will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, conducting school visits, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving lead generation efforts to support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively visit schools to introduce our company offerings, build strong relationships, and understand their requirements.
Identify, connect, and engage with decision-makers such as principals, directors, school owners, and senior management staff.
Present company products, services, and programs in a clear, professional manner tailored to the needs of each school.
Collaborate with school stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities and ensure ongoing engagement.
Generate leads, follow up on potential partnerships, and maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and interactions.
Travel regularly to assigned schools within the designated territory; plan and manage visits efficiently to maximize outreach.
Conduct presentations, attend school events, and represent company at education fairs and conferences when required.
Gather feedback from schools and stakeholders to help refine company offerings and improve service quality.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and outcomes for reporting and follow-up actions.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, academic, and operations) to streamline onboarding of new school partners.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regional education developments.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, partnerships, and school sign-ups as set by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Prior experience in business development, sales, or school outreach preferred, ideally within the education sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage confidently with senior school stakeholders (principals, directors, owners).
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively and manage time independently.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
