Opening for Program Coordinator in Educational institution company for Thane/Andheri/Vashi location

Job Description:

Role: Programme Co-ordinator

Functional Area: Training & Certifications

Experience: Minimum 6 months and above (preferably in training, education, or counselling field).

Locations: Thane, Vashi and Andheri

Interview round: 3 to 4 round. The final round will be face to face. 

Education: Graduate (B.Sc. preferred).

Industry Exposure: Prior experience in the training or education sector will be an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective candidates regarding Clinical Research courses, addressing queries and explaining course benefits.
• Actively engage in student enrolment and admissions, demonstrating strong sales orientation and convincing skills.
• Follow up with interested candidates to ensure timely registration and closure within defined targets.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate demo lectures, seminars, and awareness sessions at colleges and MITCON training centres at regular intervals.
• Coordinate end-to-end activities of training programmes, including scheduling, logistics, faculty coordination, and participant management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions, training programs, and follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Use MS Office tools effectively for reports, data tracking, and communication.
