Job Opportunity: Telesales Executive (Female Candidates Only)
We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team at our Head Office in Bhandup, Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication and is looking to build a career in the fast-paced Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.

What We Are Looking For:
- Gender:Female candidates only.
- Language Proficiency:Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of any additional regional language is a significant bonus.
- Experience:Previous experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Telesales is highly preferred, but we are happy to train Freshers who demonstrate the right drive and communication skills.
- Tech Savvy:Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Excel, Outlook) for maintaining daily outbound records and CRM updates.
- Attitude:A proactive "can-do" mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:Initiate outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce our freight and logistics services.
- Relationship Building:Identify key decision-makers within target companies and build a rapport to understand their shipping needs.
- Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, feedback, and lead statuses in our tracking system.
- Coordination:Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to provide accurate quotes to prospective clients and share the warm leads with them for scheduling meetings (in-person/virtual).any
