Position : Client Service Executive
Location : Mumbai (Ghatkopar (W)
Experience : 2+yrs
Salary Budget : As Per Company Standards
Education : Bachelor Degree
Working Days : 6 Days
Working Time : 8.5 hrs shift
Responsibilities:
- Receive requirements from the Sales Team and taking confirmation from the client.
- Co-ordinate with client for Order
- Order Processing and create Job Requisition
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow-up with required stakeholders for client order execution.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Skills Competencies :
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills and email handling skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond in time bound manner
