🧭 Role Objective
To drive project sales growth in the Pune region by developing and managing relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and PMCs, ensuring specification, approval, and timely conversion of Ascolite products in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Project Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new project opportunities in Pune and surrounding regions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective project tracking and conversion.
- Create and manage a strong project pipeline from inquiry to order execution.
- Track upcoming projects and ensure early engagement for product specification.
🔹 Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with:
- Builders & Developers
- Contractors & Sub-contractors
- Architects, Consultants & PMCs
- Ensure Ascolite product specification and approval in drawings, BOQs, and tenders.
- Conduct regular site and office meetings to influence decision-makers.
🔹 Technical & Commercial Coordination
- Coordinate with technical support teams for product demos, trials, and mock-ups.
- Support preparation of technical submittals, approvals, and price negotiations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, plant, logistics, and accounts for order execution.
🔹 Order Execution & Collections
- Monitor order execution timelines and ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
- Follow up on payments and collections as per company policy.
- Address customer concerns related to supply, service, or site issues.
🔹 Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular MIS reports on projects, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM / internal tracking systems.
🎓 Qualification & Experience
- Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (Civil Engineering preferred)
- MBA / PGDM – Marketing (Preferred)
- Experience:
- 4–8 years of experience in Project Sales
- Exposure to AAC blocks / concrete products / building materials / construction chemicals preferred
- Strong understanding of real estate & construction project sales cycle
