AIF Compliance Officer For Financial Service Company

Job Description:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Should be able to understand the AIF regulation and ensure proper compliance from Investment Manager perspective

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (KRA) Alternative Investment Fund

Provide support and strategic inputs for transaction structuring, as and when required.

Stay updated with the latest regulatory circulars and ensure timely dissemination to internal teams and clients.

Coordinate with external stakeholders such as law firms and fund administrators to ensure timely and accurate compliance.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Regulations and related regulatory frameworks.

Ensure ongoing compliance with AIF regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Guide and assist clients and internal teams on regulatory and compliance matters as needed.

Draft letters and documentation for submission to regulatory authorities, when necessary.

Act as a liaison for document execution among various stakeholders, including review and execution support.

Monitor and track regulatory compliance requirements to ensure continuous adherence.

Engage with regulatory authorities to represent the company on relevant matters.

Attend Investment Committee meetings, prepare Investment Committee notes, and draft minutes of meetings.

Additional Details :

1. Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

2. Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 years

3. Working Time: 09:15 AM to 6:15 PM

4. Gender Preference: Male / Female

5. Interview Process: 1st round Virtual, Face-to-face (4 rounds)
