Job Description:
An HR Officer in the real estate sector drives the entire employee lifecycle—from recruiting top-tier property agents and project managers to managing performance, payroll, and compliance. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Sourcing: Identify and hire qualified real estate agents, leasing consultants, project managers, and sales executives.
  • Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assess for key industry skills like negotiation, patience, and communication.
  • Onboarding: Draft offer letters, manage employment contracts, and conduct orientations to familiarize new hires with company policies. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
2. Performance & Talent Management
  • Appraisals: Coordinate periodic performance reviews and track commission-based or target-driven incentives.
  • Training: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions for sales staff to adapt to market trends and CRM technologies.

3. Administration & Sales Support
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between the HR team and sales/brokerage divisions to manage lead-tracking updates and pending client payments.
