Job Description:
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead recruitment for store teams including Senior Sales, Sales Executives, Cashiers and Support staff
- Manage structured on boarding, documentation, joining & exit formalities
- Oversee attendance management, weekly offs, leave administration and shift planning
- Co-ordinate payroll inputs, incentives, deductions and final settlements
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, discipline, counselling and warnings
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to Shop & Establishment regulations
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure employee engagement and discipline
- Drive performance management processes and manpower planning
- Implement training initiatives for service excellence, behaviour and grooming
- Excellent communication skills in
- Proficiency in Excel and HR systems
