Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in engineering services and
related domains.
Engage with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements, ensuring
alignment with company capabilities.
Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth through focused market
development efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and
presentations.
Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to identify growth
areas.
Represent CM Techno at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Consistently achieve business development and revenue targets as defined.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3–8 years in Business Development / Sales / Techno-Commercial roles in
engineering or related industries.
Strong understanding of engineering design, analysis, and product development processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A go-getter with strong initiative, ownership, and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required for client and business engagements.
