Regional Acquisition Head – South
Job Description:
The Regional Acquisition Head – South will be responsible for driving partner acquisition and business expansion across the South India region by building strong relationships with jewellery retailers and channel partners. The role focuses on identifying and onboarding new B2B partners to expand the brand’s retail footprint and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and partner acquisition across South India, including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and nearby markets.
- Identify and onboard new jewellery retail partners, showroom owners and distributors for the brand.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and networks within the jewellery ecosystem to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with jewellery retailers and key stakeholders.
- Achieve regional partner acquisition and revenue targets through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Conduct regular market visits and meetings with potential partners to promote the brand and its product offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing and operations to ensure smooth partner onboarding and execution.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity and new opportunities for expansion.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and networking forums where required.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partner acquisition or B2B sales.
- Prior experience in the jewellery, diamond or luxury retail industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong network and relationships with jewellery retailers and showroom owners in the South India market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive regional business growth initiatives.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Preferred Criteria
- Candidates with existing B2B jewellery industry contacts will be strongly preferred.
