Job Description:

As a Junior EV Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training on electric vehicle systems as per industry standards. You will train students on EV fundamentals, powertrain systems, battery technology, charging methods, diagnostics, and safety protocols, preparing them to become industry-ready technicians. The role involves hands-on practice, and maintaining training quality.

Responsibilities
 Conduct theoretical sessions on EV architecture, including batteries, motors, controllers, BMS, wiring harness, and charging systems for 2 & 3 Wheelers.
 Lead hands-on practical sessions on EV components, diagnostic tools, fault identification, repair procedures, and safety protocols for 2 & 3 Wheelers.
 Demonstrate the use of testing tools like multimeter, insulation testers, diagnostic scanners, and chargers.
 Maintain workshop tools, equipment, training aids, and ensure adherence to high- voltage safety norms.
 Prepare lesson plans, practical schedules, assessment papers, and training documents as per guidelines.
 Conduct periodic practical and theory assessments and evaluate trainee progress.
 Stay updated with the latest advancements in EV technology, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
 Support trainees in OJT, internships, and placement readiness.
 Ensure a safe, engaging, and industry-aligned learning environment.
 Maintain trainee records including registration, attendance and assessment sheets.

Education
 B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Automobile Experience
 Minimum 1.5 - 2 year industry experience in EV/automotive.

Essential Skills
 Strong knowledge of EV systems: battery, motor, controller, BMS, charger, wiring harness.
 Ability to diagnose EV faults with testing and diagnostic tools.
 Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
 Good communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
 Hands-on approach, safety-focused attitude, and classroom management abilities.

Preferred Skills
 Experience in EV service centers, battery service units, charging stations, or EV assembly.
 ASDC ToT Certification.
 High-voltage safety training.
 EV Technician certification.
