Job Description:
An MBA in Marketing for a steel manufacturing company drives sales growth, brand positioning, and B2B client relationship management (CRM) for products like rebars, sheets, and structural steel. Key duties include developing market strategies, analyzing industry trends, managing sales teams, and achieving sales volume targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the client base and achieve volume/revenue targets.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies, monitor market price movements, and identify new business opportunities in sectors like construction, automotive, and infrastructure.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, manage credit sales, and address client inquiries promptly.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion: Enhance brand visibility, manage marketing initiatives (including digital presence), and prepare technical presentations.
- Logistics & Operational Coordination: Coordinate with production planning and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, market trend reports, and performance updates, often using CRM systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent, often paired with a technical background (B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgy).
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, ideally within the steel building, construction, or manufacturing sector.
- Skills: Strong B2B sales skills, negotiation ability, team leadership, data analysis, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
