HR EXECUTIVE FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring for technical (welders, operators) and non-technical staff. Handle joining formalities, induction, and safety training.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Factories Act 1948, contract labor laws, ESI, and PF regulations.
• Payroll & Attendance: Oversee attendance, shift management, leave records, and payroll processing.
• Employee Relations & Welfare: Handle grievances, maintain discipline, manage contract labor, and foster a safe, productive workplace.
• Performance & Admin: Administer performance management, update employee records, and oversee employee engagement activities. 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR (MBA/MSW/Personnel Management).
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on HR experience in a steel plant, heavy engineering, or manufacturing unit.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems (e.g., Keka, ERP systems).
• Attributes: Strong conflict resolution skills and comfort working on the factory floor. 
   

• Handling labor union management and maintaining shop floor discipline.
• Managing Industrial Relations (IR) and liaison with Labor Departments.
• High-volume recruitment and documentation.
