Job Summary
Seeking experienced Business Development / Sales Managers for project-based B2B sales in the wallcoverings and interior solutions segment. The role involves managing end-to-end sales activities, building strong relationships with architects and interior designers, and driving business growth within commercial projects.
This is an individual contributor role with direct reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection
- Develop and implement new business strategies for market expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and project consultants
- Drive project sales within commercial sectors such as hospitality, corporate, IT, banking, and healthcare
- Conduct client presentations showcasing product value propositions and service offerings
- Maintain and update client databases for effective relationship management
- Ensure post-sales service support and client satisfaction
- Keep updated knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities
- Maintain confidentiality of project-related information and documentation
Mandatory Skills
- Strong B2B project sales experience
- Proven experience working directly with architects, interior designers, and consultants
- Expertise in handling end-to-end sales cycle
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills

- Comfortable working in a six-day workweek structure
