The Role
As our Associate BDE, you’ll be the connector, communicator, and conversation-starter who helps us build relationships that drive growth. You’ll spend your days engaging with founders, marketers, and creative teams — turning outreach into meaningful business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
● Reach out to prospects on LinkedIn and email with genuine, value-driven messages.
● Maintain active communication and follow-ups with leads (no spamming, only smart selling).
● Research potential clients, industries, and opportunities that align with our design expertise.
● Keep track of leads, responses, and performance data in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
● Support the team in proposal creation and outreach content.
● Learn and adapt — fast. Each conversation is a new experiment.
Who You Are:
● Fluent in English — you can write and talk with clarity, confidence, and personality.
● Curious about websites, design, SaaS products, and marketing.
● You understand that good business development isn’t about selling — it’s about solving.
● You’ve got the energy to start conversations and the discipline to follow up.
