SALES EXECUTIVE FOR ALUMINIUM SYSTEM WINDOWS & DOORS - RAIPUR ,CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales for premium aluminium system windows and doors. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients including builders, architects, and homeowners, and closing deals while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential and commercial projects
• Build strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
• Present product solutions including sliding systems, casement systems, and customized aluminium solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and regularly update CRM records
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline preferred
• Prior experience in aluminium windows, glass, façade, or construction material sales preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in aluminium windows, glass, façade, or related industry sales

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of the construction and interior industry
• Ability to understand aluminium section drawings
• Confidence in client handling and deal closure
• Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
