Job Description:
A project sales professional manages large-scale construction orders. They find new building projects. They sell materials directly to builders, contractors, and architects. They oversee the sale from the first pitch to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Find new building projects early in the planning phase.
- Relationship Building: Network with Architects, Designers, Contractors, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).
- Technical Pitching: Explain how your products (e.g., cement, steel, glass, or flooring) fit specific project needs.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Create price plans and close deals.
- Order Execution: Work with supply chain teams to deliver materials on time to job sites.
Required Skills
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of product needs and its blueprints
- Communication: Ability to explain hard concepts simply to clients.
- Negotiation: Ability to close deals while keeping profit margins high.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a Business/Marketing degree.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in B2B building material sales.
- Software: Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.

Industry: Sanitary/Lights/tiles/Expensive Paints/Building Aesthetics/New Concept Furniture/Consumer Electronics/Automotive Industry
Age: Below 40 years
