MARKETING OFFICER FOR LOGISTICS- RAIPUR, CHHATTISGARH

• Lead Generation: Identify and secure new B2B clients (e.g., in manufacturing, FMCG, and industrial sectors) requiring freight and transportation services.
• Market Research: Analyze competitor freight rates, industry trends, and market demands to pitch competitive logistics solutions.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital, print, and B2B marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Collateral Creation: Develop sales presentations, brochures, and email marketing materials detailing service capabilities (e.g., FTL, LTL, warehousing, and supply chain solutions).
• Event Coordination: Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure client expectations align with actual logistics capabilities.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure high satisfaction. 

• Experience: Typically 3–5 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience, specifically within the supply chain or transportation industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of freight forwarding, truck types (flatbeds, dry vans, reefers), shipping modes (road, sea, air), and basic transit dynamics.
• Negotiation & Pitching: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and spot rates with shippers and procurement managers.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking marketing ROI, creating performance reports, and mapping regional or national target markets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building client relationships and writing RFQ (Request for Quote) responses.
