Java Architect
Job Description:
12 years in overall experience with managing full-life cycle projects
Mandatory skills: Java and Spring.
• Experience in a multi-country high traffic ecommerce business implementing web sites, service-oriented (SOA) architectures , middle-ware & supply chain solutions
• Ability to work with technologists based in multiple, global locations
• Strong understanding of Software development life cycle
• Strong understanding of architecture models, database structures and networking
• Strong understanding of web technologies such as Java, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP, Servlet and RESTFUL web services & SOA
• Strong understanding of ETL tools, and frameworks such as Struts, Spring and Hibernate
• Hands on experience in Spring Integration, JUnit, JProfiler, JProbe, Maven, JSON including JDK 1.5 and JDK 1.6
• Rich experience in business analysis, applications engineering, information architectures and physical infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with building scalable, high performing and robust Java applications
• In depth understanding of emerging technologies, patterns, and consumer trends .
• Strong in-depth Java Enterprise Web application expertise - J2EE
• Experience with Spring Frameworks
• Strong understanding of source control systems such as GIT
• Expertise with Jetty and/or Tomcat application servers
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience
• JQuery and AJAX experience is a plus
