Job Description:

Marketing & Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Indore / Bangalore

Experience: 5 – 10 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities for Kraft Paper and Recovered Paper products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with paper converters, packaging companies, corrugation units, and industrial customers.
  • Identify potential customers and expand market presence across assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Marketing

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Promote company products through customer visits, exhibitions, and industry networking.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, quotations, and order closures.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely coordination and support.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and support collections when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Kraft Paper, Packaging Paper, Recovered Paper, or Paper Manufacturing Industry.
  • Ability to develop dealer and distributor networks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Must have experience in the Kraft Paper, Paper Manufacturing, Packaging Paper, Corrugation, or Recovered Paper Industry.
  • Strong industry contacts and customer network.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
