Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations. You will partner with executive leadership to build and scale HR programs, foster a safety-first culture, and attract/retain specialized engineering and supply chain talent required in the electrical equipment industry. Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Recruitment Strategy: Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior roles, including electrical engineers, procurement specialists, and supply chain managers. [1, 2]
  • Onboarding: Develop robust onboarding processes to quickly integrate new hires and contractor manpower into the business’s technical and safety protocols. [1, 2]
2. Employee Relations & Culture
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee relations, grievances, and management inquiries swiftly to maintain a fair, high-performing, and respectful work environment. [1, 2]
  • Engagement: Design initiatives to boost employee retention, morale, and motivation across multiple facility shifts or regional branches. [1, 2]
3. Compliance & Risk Management
  • Labor Laws: Ensure all HR policies, payrolls, and employment contracts strictly comply with regional, state, and national labor laws.
  • Health & Safety: Collaborate with the Operations and Safety teams to enforce hazard protocols, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and statutory safety practices. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
4. Performance & Compensation Management
  • Appraisals: Oversee and refine the performance appraisal system to drive objective, metrics-based employee evaluations.
  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and monitor competitive salary bands, benefits administration, and incentive structures to retain key technical talent. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
5. Training & Development
  • L&D Programs: Organize technical training, leadership development, and cross-functional upskilling programs aligned with organizational growth. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration. [1, 2]
  • Experience: 8+ years of proven HR management experience, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or electrical sector. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local and national labor legislation and statutory compliances. [1, 2]
  • Tech Savviness: Hands-on experience with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and payroll workflows. [1, 2, 3]
  • Soft Skills: Superb leadership capabilities, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. [1, 2]
  • Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or relevant HR certifications are highly preferred
