Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct In-Clinic Skin Analysis Camp

  • Conduct skin analysis camps inside the clinic using the Moisture Meter and Skin Assessment Form.
  • Analyze a minimum of 15 patients per camp.

2. Patient Assessment

  • Ask the patient the questions mentioned in the Skin Assessment Form.
  • Record all responses accurately.
  • Based on the assessment and moisture meter reading, generate the patient's Skin Score.
  • Document observations and recommendations in the Skin Assessment Form.

3. Patient Counseling

  • Explain the skin assessment results to the patient.
  • Hand over the completed Skin Assessment Form to the patient before the doctor's consultation.

4. Doctor Consultation Follow-up

  • After the patient's consultation, interact with the patient to understand the doctor's recommendation and note whether the prescribed product belongs to our portfolio.

5. Chemist Coordination

  • Coordinate with the associated chemist after the camp to collect the following information:
    • Number of prescriptions (Rx) received for our products.
    • Number of patients who purchased our products.
    • Any fresh order placed by the chemist following the camp activity.

6. Camp Reporting

The Camp Business Executive must maintain a detailed Camp Report capturing:

  • Total number of patients analyzed.
  • Number of prescriptions (Rx) generated.
  • Number of products sold.
  • Chemist order value (if any).
  • Key observations and feedback from the camp.

7. Daily Activity Target

  • Conduct a minimum of 2 camps per day.
  • Complete a minimum of 15 patient skin analyses per camp.

Support from Internal Team

  • Product and process training will be provided separately.
  • The internal team will share the doctor listcamp schedule, and appointments with the Camp Business Executive before the activity.

Expected Outcome

The camp activity should drive patient awareness, support doctors in recommending appropriate products, improve prescription generation, increase product sales, and strengthen business at the clinic and chemist level.
