Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and research potential clients in Healthcare, Banking, Government, Retail, and SME sectors
  • Generate qualified leads through:

➢ LinkedIn outreach

➢ Cold emails

➢ Cold calling

➢ Sector mapping & database research

  • Identify key decision-makers (CXO, IT Head, Operations Head, Admin Head)
  • Initiate consultative conversations to understand business pain points
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (preferably Odoo/Zoho CRM)
  • Track and report lead metrics and conversion rates
  • Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects
  • Support sector-specific campaigns (Healthcare QMS, Banking kiosks, Odoo ERP, etc.)



Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • 24 years’ experience in B2B lead generation (IT / SaaS / Automation preferred)
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel (MQL, SQL, pipeline stages)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha or similar tools
  • CRM experience (Odoo / HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to draft personalized outreach messages
  • Strong research and prospecting skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
