Job Description:
Role & responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in Healthcare, Banking, Government, Retail, and SME sectors
- Generate qualified leads through:
➢ LinkedIn outreach
➢ Cold emails
➢ Cold calling
➢ Sector mapping & database research
- Identify key decision-makers (CXO, IT Head, Operations Head, Admin Head)
- Initiate consultative conversations to understand business pain points
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (preferably Odoo/Zoho CRM)
- Track and report lead metrics and conversion rates
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects
- Support sector-specific campaigns (Healthcare QMS, Banking kiosks, Odoo ERP, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 24 years’ experience in B2B lead generation (IT / SaaS / Automation preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel (MQL, SQL, pipeline stages)
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha or similar tools
- CRM experience (Odoo / HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Ability to draft personalized outreach messages
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
