3. Work Days – 5 days (Monday to Friday)
4. Location – Turbhe 2 days & Rable 2 days

Job Summary:

The Training and Development Specialist will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development intervention for contact centres.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Deliver new hire and refresher training on systems, scripts, competition benchmarking.
• Coach agents on customer handling, retention strategies, and objection handling.
• Identify floor-level skill gaps using QA audits, drive “Good Calls” through call calibrations and coaching.
• Track and report training impact through dashboards and KPI metrics like conversion ratios, objection handling.
• Collaborate with Ops, Quality, team to align training with business goals and performance needs.
• Use role plays, mock calls, and real-time feedback to enhance agent confidence and communication skills.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, power point and related program software.
• Domain knowledge NBFC,BFSI etc

Education and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 3 to 5 years of training experience required.
• Dale Carnegie certified or any equivalent certification if possible.
