Job Description:
A receptionist acts as the primary face of an organization. They manage front-desk operations, welcome guests, handle incoming calls, and perform essential clerical tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet clients, determine their needs, and direct them to the correct staff member or department.
- Communications: Answer, screen, and route multi-line phone calls, and respond to general email or in-person inquiries.
- Mail & Deliveries: Sort, log, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Office Security: Monitor visitor logs, issue security badges, and enforce building access rules.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, book conference rooms, and coordinate appointments.
- Administrative Support: Handle filing, data entry, photocopying, and inventory tracking for office supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
