About the Opportunity

Orbit Global HR Consultants LLP is hiring experienced Marketing Trainers / Sales Trainers for multiple locations across India for a leading organization.

The role is ideal for an energetic, confident and highly engaging Trainer who has proven experience in conducting training programs for sales teams, agents, channel partners or other customer-facing professionals.

Important: Prior experience as a Trainer is mandatory. Jewellery industry experience is not mandatory. Candidates from Insurance, Financial Services, Retail, FMCG, Sales, Agency Development, Business Development and Channel Training backgrounds can be considered if they have strong hands-on training experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training and orientation programs for Marketing Agents across different locations.
• Deliver induction and refresher training programs for new and existing agents.
• Explain products, schemes, benefits, processes and promotional strategies in a simple and effective manner.
• Motivate agents and channel partners to participate actively and achieve business targets.
• Develop training modules, presentations and learning content according to business requirements.
• Use storytelling, real-life examples, activities and interactive training methods to ensure high engagement.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, group meetings and one-to-one coaching sessions.
• Train participants on prospect identification, customer approach and effective sales techniques.
• Build strong relationships with agents and sales teams.
• Identify training gaps and collect participant feedback.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to improve sales performance.
• Track training effectiveness and submit periodic reports to management.
• Travel to different cities and locations as required for training programs.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced Trainers with proven training delivery experience
• Highly energetic, confident and engaging
• Excellent in public speaking and communication
• Comfortable addressing groups of 20–100+ participants
• Strong motivators with the ability to influence people positively
• Good at storytelling and creating interactive learning experiences
• Comfortable interacting with people from different age groups and backgrounds
• Patient and comfortable training senior professionals and retired professionals
• Professional in appearance and communication
• Willing to travel extensively as required.
