AGM/DGM Production for Petro - Chemical Industry

Job Description:

There is an urgent requirement for the post of Deputy General Manager – Production for one of the Oil and Gas manufacturing industry based in Silvassa/ Taloja location.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibility Areas

• As the DGM – Production, ensuring the manufacturing of all the product verticals. This position is responsible for ensuring daily Production & Productivity,
• Ensure efficient and economical manufacturing of all the product verticals in conformance with established goals and objectives,
• Plan, organize and utilize the organizational resources to ensure achievement of the objectives and KPIs of the Production function,
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards,
• Review on daily basis established production scheduled for manufacturing to ensure established inventory levels are met, while operating at the highest efficiency possible,
• Ensure robust preventative maintenance mechanisms/programs are being followed at the plant and propose for changes and modifications for replacement when necessary,
• Ensure safety programs are being followed at the plant that result in providing a safe workplace to all stakeholders,
• Leading, Coaching, Managing and Motivating the Productions Team to higher levels of Performance and raising the standards of Excellence,
• Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed,
• Training of Manpower in running the existing processes, Safety norms, etc.,
• Designing of production related SOPs and ensuring the training and understanding of all manpower to adhere to such processes,
• Ensure that through the Labour Contractors, the contract employees (3^rd party) are removed after completing 120 days of continuous work in the plant,
