Must have good knowledge of complete payroll process

(Statutory compliance compensation & benefit plan) and to end recruitment

Manage complete HR cycle, On boarding till Exit

HR Audit, all policy framework

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs 

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics 

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Only Male candidate preferred

Education: MBA / Any Graduate ( if have good experience in HR)

Exp: 6 - 11 yrs

CTC: 4.0 - 6.0 lacs (depends on present salary and interview)

Location: Andheri (W) (Mumbai)
