Job Description:

**Requirement gathering by conducting multiple interviews with clients and the success teams
**Validation of client requirements and preparing a solution document
**Configure various Sprinklr modules as per requirement document
**Validate the configuration and test the same with clients and in small groups as needed.
**Sign off on configurations
**Provide user trainings as required
**Set the clients up for success
**Participate in upsell/updates/upgrades discussions for onboarding newer modules
**Work with MS consultants on existing clients to understand the nuances that will impact successful onboarding for any upgrade/update/upsell opportunity
**Team management and mentoring
