Project Role : Application Developer  Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.  Must have Skills : Agile Project Management  Good to Have Skills :  No Technology Specialization  Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1: Must have 5 years of Agile Coaching experience 2: Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and of several software development methodologies  3: Passionate about Agile Practices  4: Experience working with globally distributed teams 5: Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies  6:Strong facilitation skills  7: Build strong understanding on scrum team guidelines eg, DoD, Scrum Master and PO  Technical Experience : 1: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types  2: Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives  3: Ability to understand technical issues 4: Facilitating Stand-up meetings 5: Experience developing and growing business with new and existing accounts in a deliberate and strategic manner  Professional Attributes : 1: Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills  2: Ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential  3: Collaborative approach to decision  4: making  5: Strong analytical skills  Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full time education
