Job Description:
Qualification: B.E(Mechanical, EEE) or Any Graduate, MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Experience: Must have at least minimum 2 to 4 years experience as in Sales of HVAC (Heat Pump & Air Conditioning)
Work location: Pune

1. Sales Lead Generation through Company Social Site like India mart, Trade India, own Contacts & Reference.
2. Preparation of quotations & Proposals and share with client as per their requirements.
3. Pre-sales activities like Site review, Proposal sending, guide customer for right product.
4. Expert in Heat Load Calculations, auto cad Designing and etc.
5. Building positive relationship with customers.
6. Responsible for Targets Completion on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
7. Technical Support to Dealers & Distributors.
8. MIS reporting Daily, Weekly & monthly basis.
9. Closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in a company.
10. Responsible for opening new accounts while understanding the needs of the customer and how to meet those needs.
11. Handle the business, support Dealers, and Solve technical problems.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Good communication skills.
• Expert at establishing relationships with new people.
• Having excellent mechanical skills.
• Being able to work alone or with a team.
