Project Role : Application Developer  Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Must have Skills : Transportation Management Systems (TMS)  Good to Have Skills :  Oracle SCM Transportation Management  Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Ability to understand client transportation and logistics requirements and provide a fit gap analysis with respect to OTM cloud application 2 Ability to demonstrate the design ability with client by closely working on both process and product with at most satisfaction within transportation related areas 3 Provide an SME knowledge to the client for any specific process changes 4 Should be able to manage and mentor junior team members 5 Should be flexible to work on different time zones  Technical Experience : 1 Overall 10 to12 years of combined both industry and Oracle Transportation management consulting implementation experience 2 Different industry specific OTM implementation exp,worked as a functional lead in at least 2 end to end OTM Cloud Implementation, capability to handle functional scenarios / master data related workshops independently with respect to various transp process,exp on OTM Base, Operational planning, Freight settlement and Fleet management  Professional Attributes : 1 Good Communication Skills,Should be flexible 2 Should strive to learn new areas, analytical skills, presentation skills,
