Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Candidates can either be fresher or have relevant experience of 1-2 years. For experienced candidates, we can give higher salary subject to out maximum limit.
Work location: Wanowrie in Pune ( training one month at Viman nagar location)
Skills Required: Good Communication skill in English

Roles & Responsibilities for Personal Banker:
Manage a portfolio of Prime customers with an objective of enhancing and deepening their relationship with the Bank by regularly contacting the customers on Phone.
Carry out profiling of customers and carry out cross-selling of the products identified for the customers. Identify opportunities in the portfolio so as to enhance product penetration and portfolio quality.
Service customers on their Banking related enquiries
Handling of inbound calls received from customers enquiring on their account, product or process related information.
Satisfactorily resolve queries and complaints received from customers.

CTC to be offered: Rs. 20,000 gross per month plus lucrative incentives on cross-selling.
Timings: General shift pattern starting at 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. However candidate need to report by 9 a.m to 7.30 p.m.
