Job Description:
- Location: Waluj
- Analyse performance trends of the department and set targets for departments in consultation with CEO.
- Responsible for grievance addressal system for cross functional grievance.
- To review target completion of departments, record, and present to the management.
- Receive details of new product development in accordance with the business plan.
- Assess the existing Plant Lay out, facilities, processes, and equipment for required capacity utilization and capabilities.
- Approve Work instruction, control plan, quality plans, FMEA, PPAP warrants, Process flow chart, Standard BOM and Engineering drawing.
- Consult with CEO for performance management of the plant.
- Responsible for ensuring maximum utilization of plant resources.
- Achieve financial and business targets of the plant.
- To improve business margins by making PQCDSM improvements through Kaizen/poka-yoke.
- To review CFT (Cross Functional Team) work & analyse on regular intervals.
- To improve customer relations by timely response to their requirements including regular meetings and plants audits.
- Design e-files for recording weekly performance and grievance addressed follow up.
- Ensure 2 Kaizen per person month by department employees.
- Follow Five-S practices in work premises.
- Better knowledge about chemical Nickel, Crome and Zink.
