Your Role (summary):

The accounting and finance manager will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, assistance with end-of-month closing, grant reporting, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned.

You will be responsible for:

 Corporate accounting

o Fixed asset capitalization, retirement and calculation of gains
o Investment accounting with calculation of gain/loss on sale of investments under FIFO and weighted average cost method.

 Monthly closing and financials

o Monthly closing of Asset Management Company’s books of accounts
o Reviewing of general ledger, preparing and reviewing reconciliations
o Preparation and reviewing schedules for IGAAP financials
o Assistance in preparation of monthly financial statements
o Assistance in MIS and reporting

 Audits

o Assistance in managing Statutory, Tax, Internal and Transfer pricing audit and Regulatory audits
o Co-ordinating with auditors and fulfilling their requirements

 Taxation

o Advance tax computation, Tax computation and filing of tax returns
o Data compilation for GST returns and working closely with consultants for GST compliances
o Data compilation and co-ordination for Tax audit and Transfer pricing

 Regulatory aspects

o Managing regulatory reporting as required by SEBI/AMFI

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Certifications:

 Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets and analysis
 Independent and quick learner
 Confident, perseverance to complete tasks and team player

The experience you bring (Educational Qualification/Experience):

 Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience
