Relationship Manager – SME ( Corporate Segment )-Size of business – 500 cr
Job Description:
Product Portfolio – SME Corporate Segment / Universal Banking Products including Working Capital, Term Loan, Structured Trade, FX, Investment Banking.
Overall Job Description:
The candidate will be required to write good credits, assist the Team lead in operations of the existing portfolio and in acquiring new business. Part of which is bringing aggressive growth through SANCTION & DISBURSEMENT of new to bank in the SME Corporate segment.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk ( 500 Cr ),
- Must be thorough with disbursement process ( legal / valuation, etc. ) ,
- To acquire new clients
- To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio,
- Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction,
- Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading Mid Corporate Clients,
Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank’s need.
Essential requirement: Minimum 3 years and above
Preferred: 3 to 8 years work experience in the Banking Industry
Specific requirements
- Needs to have handled a similar role in a peer Bank,
- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities,
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
· Balanced Sales and credit orientation. Should have customer focus.
