Role and Responsibility

Hands-on management of our core HR services, coordinating with HRBPs, Engagement team and respective shareholders to drive quality execution of HR Operations, HRIS, Employee exits, Background verification and Payroll functions.
- Hands on experience with handling documentation of employees.
- Experience in conducting background verification.
- Maintain the HRIS and employee documents.
- Assisting the onboarding team, and maintaining the documentation during the employee exits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening and decision making skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
- Open to learning new skills and a getter attitude.
- Multiple stakeholders managements.
