Must have Skills : Openlink Endur Environment Management  Good to Have Skills :  Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL  Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Good understanding of Energy/trading domain   2 Good knowledge of ENDUR environment management  3 Manage communication across multiple stake holders and be a good team player   4 Effective management of tasks, timelines, progress reporting on tasks   5 Manage day to day Tickets and respond to business user requests/issues on priority   6 Work closely with Clients to understand the business requirements and take ownership of delivery, highlight any risk/issues  Technical Experience : 1 Expertise in Energy Trading, Openlink Endur environment management OP Service, TPM etc, Deployment process, Server management Citrix, Grid and Schedulers  2 Change management  3 Service NOW knowledge  4 Good knowledge on Perfmon metrics  Professional Attributes : 1 Good analytical and problem-solving skills   2 Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies based on project requirement  Educational Qualification: BE / BTech / MCA  Additional Info :
