Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities -
Regularly engage and review with business stakeholders to understand business context, skill gaps and needs or priorities. - Address learning needs and/or employee induction for multiple sub-service lines or teams - End-to-end project managament of training programs. - Use appropriate techniques for diagnosis, data capture, analysis, and summary/reporting. - Understand skill gaps and deliver suitable interventions to address needs in a timely fashion. - Use multiple modes such as self-learning, gamification, social learning, etc to facilitate learning. - Develop/customize training content and assessments relevant to live projects/on-the-job requirements. - Co-develop and execute quarterly training calendar (including training facilitation where required) - Measure and help refine the impact and experience of L&D programs. - Timely communication and reporting to business stakeholders - Own process workflow and communication to ensure quality of program delivery and learner experience - Co-manage projects with external partner (L&D, HR tech..) where required. - Partner/network with Marketing, IT and Finance as required for People initiatives.
