Job Description:
  •  

    ·         Responsible for achievement of the sales target (actual vs target) across the sales category. Monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented

    ·         Ensure timely collection of the agreed commercials from customer as per the JK Tyre guidelines.

    ·         Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customer

    ·         Actively seeking new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.

    ·         Ensure 100% adherence and compliance to the PJP

    ·         Collect, report and analyze the customer feedback / information on present as well as future market trends in the context of possible further market penetration

    ·         Provide market intelligence information to review prevailing practices, schemes and best practices implemented by other players and submit updates to the Area Office

    ·         Ensure implementation of sales processes like JK Connect to all dealer distributor networks as per applicability

    ·         Assisting with a variety of duties within the assigned location, such as attending to customers, maintaining inventory, moving and stacking tires, and other related responsibilities

    ·         Implementing marketing programs to solicit new clients through cold calls, organizations, referrals, etc.

    ·         Conduct visits to dealers, distributors and fleets as per the monthly plan to ensure customer retention

    ·         Provide product and market feedback including perception and opinion about demand, product performance etc. to the area manager on regular intervention to minimize customer complaints &enhance sales efficiency

    ·         Ensure compliance to PJP schedule as assigned by AM

    ·         Support technical team for Tyre claim management and effective customer service

    ·         Ensure participation in all training programs allocated as per the training schedule

    ·         Drive delivery of Tyres to customers as per the order timelines.

    Professional Experience / qualifications

     

    ·         Sales Professional with MBA (full time) in Marketing & Sales from institute of repute.

    ·         At least 2 to 7 years of work experience in field sales.

    ·         Must have worked in B2B / B2C in any of the automobile, automotive paint / lubricant or battery industry. Experience in tyre industry is preferred.
