EA to MD for Mumbai With Reputed Group

Job Description:

Urgently looking for EA to Director (Male Preferred)

Who can join on immediate basis?

Communication:
Providing the complete correspondence services, drafting replies. Ensure that all mails are dealt with efficiently
internal communication.
Manage Incoming correspondence.

Meetings: (in prior information to Director)
Schedule appointments, coordinating for both Internal /External meetings
Maintains schedule and enters meetings/appointments on Microsoft Outlook/ Calendar .

Calendar:
Provide time management / diary service to ensure all key meetings attended at appointed time
Organizing & ensuring time & period of Directors meetings & other connected to Directors.
Drafting MOM & circulation (same day)

Directors Office:
Maintain 100% discipline and decorum of Directors office
Maintain cleanliness, proper filling, cleaning etc.
Attending calls
Greeting visitors.

Travel :
Makes travel arrangements which would include:
hotel reservations, Transport reservation, prepare and compile meeting agenda/information to concerns with confirmation (as per 'Travel check list')
Prepare and submit Travel Expenses (immediately after trip)[ May be required to get travelled along with the director if as and when required.]

Others:
Day-to-day operations
All activities related to inbound and outbound calls from management
Ad hoc duties and projects as required.
Making of reports
Maintain various reports, if required.
Handling some personal / home tasks
lastly maintain 100% confidentially of Directors office.
