Asst Manager HR
Job Description:
The HR Business Partner shall work and partner with the business Head and manage the entire Employee HR lifecycle with the objective of developing, implementing and driving results aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness
· Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management including Talent Acquisition, capability building, improving organizational design and structure, talent management, employee engagement, strategic staffing, performance management for the sales and marketing functions
· Should have experience in implementation of HR systems like – Darwin Box, Keka, Zing HR, HR One etc
· Work with senior stakeholders as an HR business partner
· Employee grievance handling
· Will also work on special projects in specialized areas of HR as and when required.
