Job Description:
HR and Admin Executive Roles and Responsibilities (HR and Admin)
HR
- Payroll processing of the all the members
- Communication with our PF and ESIC consultants
- MIS and report of the HR
- Maintain leave data and audit of the same
- Day to day updation of the salary data for the workers
- Attendance data of the staff and regularity of the same
- Preparing offer letter, appointment letter for the employee
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Maintain documentation and other details of the employees
- Should be able to assist for employee engagement activities
ADMIN
- Proper filling of the sales and purchase related files
- Travel voucher booking
- Local conveyance and related activities
- Housekeeping related responsibilities
- Assets Management related
Requirements
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR from well know college
- 1 -2 years of experience
- Extroverts, Polite
