Education Essential & Preferred:  Graduate with any discipline | MBA Preferred.

Good working knowledge of Excel.

Good at verbal and written communication.

Job Description:

1)      A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the building materials industry with a reputation as a go getting achiever and highly self-motivated.

2)      Successful track record in relationship building and networking within the construction industry and building material dealers and also with architects, interior decorators, builders, dealers and construction sites etc.

3)      Present and sell company products to current and new customers through sales visits to specifiers, builders, government departments, trade market, and project sites all around.

4)      Collection of payment as approved per payment terms.

5)      Identification of New Dealers to improve market reach & distribution

6)      Participation in Exhibition

7)      Monitoring Competitors activities

8)      Identification of AC & Civil applicators / Contractors. Interior decorators etc.

9)      Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.

10)   Must be Resident.

11)   Own motor-cycle with driving license is essential.
