Job Description:
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) role in water treatment involves managing client data, handling inquiries, tracking sales/service, and using CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline operations for water purification, wastewater treatment, or RO plant services, focusing on customer communication, technical support, and driving revenue through effective client management and sales support for products like RO plants, ZLD systems, and chemicals. Key responsibilities range from technical sales support and customer service to data management and workflow automation, requiring knowledge of water treatment processes and CRM platforms. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • ** Sales & Business Development:** Identify leads, understand customer technical needs, present solutions (purifiers, chemicals, plants), manage the sales pipeline, and meet targets.
  • ** Customer Service & Support:** Handle inbound/outbound calls, log complaints/enquiries in the CRM, schedule service, track job status, manage invoices, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • ** CRM Management & Data Handling:** Input and maintain customer info, leads, and service history; run reports; segment customers; manage data accuracy.
  • ** Technical Coordination:** Liaise with technical teams, understand product value (RO plants, ZLD, chemicals), and ensure right solutions are offered.
  • ** Process Automation:** Implement workflows for scheduling, reminders (filter changes), and digital signatures for job closure. 
 
Core Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical: Knowledge of water treatment processes (RO, ZLD), water/wastewater management.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, customer handling, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Any graduate degree often acceptable, with IT/Business/Marketing backgrounds relevant for specialist roles.
