Job Description:
- Manage a team of VRMs by driving business agendas and support activities required to facilitate business
- Lead from the front by taking calls and imparting on the job exposure / training to VRMs in handling important clients and concluding the transaction online
- Monitor the Call records and listen to live calls via. call barging facility on regular basis & provide feedbacks to improve call quality
- Co-ordinate and engage with Business and Support teams for timely resolution of queries / escalations
- Responsible for overall Target vs Achievement of the team as structured in the team’s KRA along with Net Revenue generated by the team
- Mutual Funds, Bonds / NCDs, Corp. Fixed Deposits and Insurance form an integral part of Distribution products in addition to Retirement and Wealth solutions. Candidates who join us as Team Leaders would manage a team of VRMs by driving business agendas and support activities required to facilitate business
