GM / DGM Operations at Chennai

Job Description:

Qualification: BE in Plastic / Mechanical OR PG in CIPET
Experience: 15 to 25 years in manufacturing of Automobile plastic injection molded parts.
Industry Exposure: Must be from Auto industry Tier 1 or Tier 2
Team size handling: 10 - 15 staffs and around 500 workers (Both regular and trainees)

Candidate Requirement:
Must have Manufacturing exposure with knowledge in Maintenance and high focus on Systems and Quality
Plastic Injection Moulding exposure and experience preferable (Thermoset and specialized Materials).
Cost saving through Operational Improvements.
Adherence to Customer Schedule.
Monitoring & Control of Inventory, WIP & amp; Finished Goods
Must be thorough in TS systems and standards, ISO 14000, VDA 6.3, ERP application,
Rejection analysis, Production systematic planning and vision to improve OEE and plant efficiency.
Must meet Budget numbers in all aspects with both top and bottom line
Have good command with team handling and should be firm in extracting what management wants and listening to their genuine issues and taking necessary actions also Must be result oriented and thorough in daily reviews and taking necessary corrections to improve then and there Always looking for out of box solutions and ideas.
Must have a positive attitude.
