Job Description:

- Coordinate with sales team Head, Indian and international customers.

 Key Responsibilities:

Developing new customers including distributes and agents for our machines and specialty capsules in India.

Collaborate with sales team in supporting vendor Companies to obtain potential customers leads.

Responding to customer queries/techno commercial information.

Demonstration of products to customers in person and via Skype.

Participation in exhibitions, trade shows, follow up & coordinate with prospective customers.

Negotiate pricing & preparing quotations to potential customers.

responsible for meeting & exceeding sales target.

Sharing MIS with Management on periodic basis.

Attending and resolving customer complaints with technical support team.

obtain & update info on the market requirements and competitors.

 

 Functional Competencies

Excellent written & Verbal communication skill

Business sense

Basic technical understanding of products used in laboratory & clinics.

Presentation Skills

Negotiation Skills
