Company is a GSSP. SAP is one of the fastest growing units in Company. Success and growth of the organization will be immediately visible to the executive management of Company. The Leader will also be part of the SAP organizational Leadership and will have the ability to participate and influence the direction of the SAP business

Details of the Role

The SAP Regional Business Head will be working with a highly motivated senior SAP leadership team and will be responsible for positioning Company as a key player in this region. He/She will be leveraging teams from SAP COE/Industry SMEs / Vertical teams/ Solutions teams to drive growth.

 

He/She will have primary accountability and responsibility for:

·       Revenue growth for the region

·       Delivery ownership for the region

·       GTM and Customer connects in the region.

·       Proactive and reactive Pipeline generation and conversion

·       Supersize the business by working in partnership with the SBU / Account Leaders

·       Drive SAP solutions and offerings (asset-led and services-led) to existing and new customers.

·       Build and sustain partner ecosystem.

·       Participate /drive strategic initiatives.

 

Detailed Responsibilities ->

 

Market Focus:

·       Aligning with the business/GTM strategy.

·       Leveraging industry connects with prospective customers and partners.

·       Building /Upkeep of solutions assets library

·       Engaging alliance partners and where white-spaces exist bring-in new product partners.

Solution Focus:

·       Conceptualizing and creating differentiated SAP solutions Offerings

·       Drive innovation in solutions, provide TechM differentiators to customers and put compelling value propositions.

·       Continuous skill enhancement of the self and team

Sales Focus:

·       Work closely with Geography SAP/Account leads to understand opportunity pipeline

·         Own the Revenue achievement for EN and NN business.

Delivery Focus:

·       Delivery ownership of large transformation projects.

·       Enable delivery team ramp-ups and new-age technology delivery
