- Responsible for end to end recruitment process
- Handling of end to end Recruitment cycle for Jr & Sr. Level position in all Departments as per the requirement of Client & HO
- Sourcing resumes from different job portals, through referrals, Naukri and as per the requirement calling to candidates for interview and conducting personal and technical interviews with Concern department head.
- Managed full cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions, including Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, and interview coordination, effective salary negotiations.
- Scheduled the interviews through mails and telecom communication, and follow up with candidate to attend interview at the given time and date.
- Coordinate with the Candidate until joining date & further to provide stability at company to Avoid Attrition of the candidates.
- Maintain Database in Excel & Generate MIS Report.
- Managing the full life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.

- Thorough understanding of ATS – Resume Fox recruiting
